Q: When will I be charged?
A: You will be charged immediately after placing your order.
Q: Where is my order?
A: You should receive tracking information in the email you used to order.
Q: Can I change/cancel my order?
A: Once an order has been placed we typically cannot edit or change the address or order contents. For more info please contact customer support.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost is determined by weight of the package and location of customer.
Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All prices are in USD.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently only ship to North America (US, Canada).
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase you have the next 100 years to think about returning it! You read that right, 100 years.
Q: What if my items arrived damage, defective, or incorrect?
A: If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on our contact form and we'll instruct you on the next steps.
Q: When can I expect my refund?
A: It takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive and process your item(s) & then up to 5 business days to refund your purchase to your original method of payment, although most of the time it is quicker than that. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
